Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of experience in middle office or investment operations, preferably in asset management or Trust Bank.
- Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, cash management, and financial instruments (equities, fixed income, derivatives).
Strong knowledge in regulations and business procedures for separate accounts (Toshikomon) and Japan domiciled mutual funds.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel/Power Point to analyze and create proposal materials and familiarity with systems like Bloomberg, Aladdin, or Eagle.
- Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment with strong problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated logical thinking, strong communication skills, and effective negotiation abilities.
- A proactive self-starter who can think and act logically. Able to operate effectively on both global and local levels, with a flexible and adaptive mindset.
