L’équipe des ventes au détail renforce les relations avec les conseillers et stimule la croissance des ventes en offrant un service de haute qualité et un soutien efficace pour le territoire. L’équipe collabore étroitement avec les directeurs des ventes externes, les partenaires en marketing et diverses parties prenantes internes afin de fournir des activités de vente organisées, réactives et percutantes. Les membres de l’équipe évoluent dans un environnement dynamique et collaboratif, et bénéficient d’une exposition à des initiatives nationales, à des stratégies d’engagement des conseillers et à l’ensemble de l’industrie du placement.

Comment vous ajouterez de la valeur :

  • Coordonner les rencontres avec les conseillers et soutenir l’accès du directeur des ventes externe au territoire.

  • Planifier des tournées promotionnelles, ateliers et événements d’appréciation en collaboration avec les partenaires en marketing.

  • Traiter les demandes liées aux pratiques de vente tout en maintenant la conformité réglementaire et interne.

  • Mettre à jour et maintenir l’exactitude des données clients dans le système de gestion de la relation client (CRM).

  • Répondre aux demandes des conseillers et gérer les tâches quotidiennes du territoire.

  • Relier les activités de vente et de marketing afin d’optimiser l’impact dans le territoire.

  • Diriger les réunions d’équipe hebdomadaires pour améliorer l’efficacité et la cohérence.

  • Contribuer à des projets spéciaux et à des programmes nationaux.

  • Participer ou apporter du soutien lors d’événements locaux et nationaux, au besoin.

Ce qui vous aidera à réussir dans ce rôle :

  • Maîtrise du français – parlé et écrit – essentielle

  • Diplôme universitaire ou collégial en administration ou dans un domaine connexe

  • Cours sur les fonds communs de placement de l’IFIC ou Cours sur le commerce des valeurs mobilières au Canada (CCVM) — un atout

  • 1 à 2 ans d’expérience en service à la clientèle; expérience dans le secteur financier préférée

  • Connaissance de l’industrie des fonds communs de placement et des produits Franklin Templeton

  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Outlook, Word et Excel

  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en gestion du temps

About the department:


The Retail Sales Team strengthens advisor relationships and drives sales growth by providing high‑quality service and territory support. The team collaborates closely with wholesalers, marketing partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver organized, responsive, and impactful sales activity. Team members work in a fast‑paced, supportive environment and gain exposure to national initiatives, advisor engagement strategies, and the broader investment industry.

How you will add value:
 

• You will coordinate advisor meetings and support the Wholesaler’s access to the territory.
• You will plan roadshows, workshops, and appreciation events with marketing partners.
• You will process sales practice requests while maintaining regulatory and internal compliance.
• You will update and maintain accurate client data in the customer relationship management system.
• You will respond to advisor inquiries and manage day‑to‑day territory tasks.
• You will connect sales and marketing activities to maximize territory impact.
• You will lead weekly team meetings to improve efficiency and consistency.
• You will contribute to special projects and national programs.
• You will attend or support local and national events as needed.

What will help you be successful in this role:

• French fluency – spoken and written – essential

•Degree or diploma in business or a related field
• IFIC Mutual Funds Course or Canadian Securities Course (CSC) an asset
• 1–2 years of customer service experience; financial industry exposure preferred
• Understanding of the mutual fund industry and Franklin Templeton products
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Strong communication and time‑management capabilities
• Ability to collaborate and lead by example
• Creativity, initiative, and drive to deliver strong results
• Interest in financial markets and ongoing professional development
