Palliative Care Unit
Just who is the LPN Phone Triage? A person who thrives in a fast-paced, busy environment. A person who is able to efficiently answer calls, listen and determine the best course of action – and do it all day long. A person who can work through the voice mails and the in-basket and make sure each patient touched is helped pleasantly and properly.
