We are looking for a great speech therapist.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

  • Performs comprehensive speech and language evaluations, treatment and related follow-up services including discharge planning.

  • Documents patient assessments and pertinent information in a timely manner.

  • Completes appropriate goal re-assessment and discharge planning.

  • Provides speech therapy, including selection and use of assistive equipment.

  • Collaborates with patient and other healthcare personnel or outside agencies regarding coordination of care.

  • Provides speech and language therapy according to standards of care defined by the state practice act and other professional and governing agencies.

  • Trains and educate patients and family members or others support and document understanding of treatment plan and goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master's Degree- Speech and Language Therapy- Required

  • 1 Year Speech Therapy Experience - Required

  • 1 Year Home Health Experience - Preferred

  • Speech Pathologist (SPE)- State Licensing Board - Required

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)-American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) -Required

  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)- American Heart Association - Required

  • Driver's License - Required

  • Auto Insurance - Required

TRAVEL IS REQUIRED:

Up to 75%
