The good customer care associate handles requests and complaints efficiently and pleasantly. They thrive on ending each call knowing they did their best and helped someone. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
  • Provide customer service in-person, electronic and by telephone to both members and guests, including registration, POS (area specific) and other services, as required.
  • Manage communication and troubleshooting, as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Preferred High School Diploma/GED
  • 1 year Customer Service Preferred
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) - American Heart Association
  • First Aid (AID) - American Heart Association
  • TRAVEL IS REQUIRED:
