About this role

Superintendent | Minimum of five (5) years of commercial or industrial construction experience, with at least three (3) of those years as a lead role on a project site.  Industrial, distribution, manufacturing, and/or cold storage projects experienced are preferred. Willing to travel nationwide.

  3. Owns Schedule (Analyzes, Interprets, Articulates)
    • Creates, comprehends, implements, and communicates the schedule in conjunction with project management. 
    • Manages project schedule to meet or exceed project milestones; lean construction process is encouraged. 
    • Creates and utilizes FCC standard scheduling tools and techniques including phasing plans, visual schedules, critical path, OPS, production tracking, etc.
