Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated and self-organized individual who will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing products and supplies within a business unit. Good record keeping skills for daily tasks and inventory control. Detail-oriented, with strong clerical skills to help with organizational and recording responsibilities. Key Responsibility
Receive, inspect and examine shipment contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy.
Requisition and store shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory of stock.
Responsible for documents preparation, such as work orders, bills of lading, or shipping orders, for materials routing.
Entering, transcribing, recording, storing, or maintaining information in written or electronic/magnetic form.
Accountable for packing and unpacking, seal, label, or affix postage to prepare materials for shipping, using hand tools, power tools, or postage meter.
Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, damages, or discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, or recordkeeping purposes.
Examine and inspect components kits, materials, or products to ensure that product quality and packing specifications are met.
Experience/Education Minimum of 1 years of relevant work experience; degree not required. High School Diploma. Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs specially Excel. SAP experience preferred. Benefits:
