FOX Sports is looking for a Senior Director, On-Air Promotions to join the team in Los Angeles, CA. The Senior Director will manage and oversee the high churn TvT workload. The Senior Director will manage the Writer/Producer in LA and the Creative Director in Charlotte, along with the work produced there.

- Manage and oversee TvT workload
- Script writing
- Spot production
- Ensure proper usage of the provided toolkits/assets
- Manage the Writer/Producer in LA, and the Creative Director in Charlotte
- Mentor and help the writer/producer grow, with the ultimate goal being a Creative Director position
- Improve the overall quality of TvT work coming out of Charlotte
- Improve career path and creative growth of the Charlotte Creative Team
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Vast management experience
- Knowledge of production process - script writing, design, audio, budgeting, scheduling
- Leadership, managerial, and organizational skills
- Able to work weekends and evenings as needed, and travel to Charlotte as needed

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $179,000.00-209,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.Other facts
