Requisitos: 

  • Dominio del inglés (mínimo 90%) en lectura, escritura y conversación. 
  • Se prefiere experiencia previa en el área de alimentos y bebidas. 
  • Conocimiento básico de vinos, licores y bebidas mezcladas. 
  • Disponibilidad de horario para trabajar en todos los turnos, incluyendo fines de semana y días feriados. 
  • Habilidad para utilizar programas de Microsoft Office como Word y Excel. 
  • Se prefiere conocimiento del sistema MICROS, Opera, Hotssos y Teams. 

Funciones y Responsabilidades Principales: 

 

  • Recibir llamadas de servicio a la habitación utilizando un lenguaje cortés, profesional y siguiendo el protocolo telefónico de Four Seasons. 
  • Obtener y registrar correctamente los detalles de cada pedido, incluyendo número de habitación, nombre del huésped, hora deseada de entrega y cualquier solicitud especial. 
  • Describir con precisión y entusiasmo los platillos y bebidas del menú, destacando ingredientes, métodos de preparación y recomendaciones. 
  • Ingresar las órdenes en el sistema MICROS/POS de forma precisa, garantizando claridad en instrucciones y solicitudes especiales. 
  • Verificar la exactitud de las órdenes completadas antes de enviarlas a entrega, comparando con la orden original. 
  • Coordinar la entrega con el equipo de servicio a la habitación, asegurando tiempos adecuados para mantener la calidad del producto. 
  • Cerrar las cuentas de los huéspedes correctamente, incluyendo cargos, propinas y validación de número de habitación o firma. 
  • Gestionar la entrega de amenidades, verificando solicitudes, realizando pedidos a cocina y asegurando una entrega puntual. 
  • Realizar tareas administrativas y de apoyo, como actualización de bitácoras, control de pedidos internos y organización de documentos. 
  • Mantener comunicación constante con cocina y otros departamentos para asegurar un flujo de trabajo eficiente. 
  • Participar activamente en la reposición de insumos, inventarios básicos y preparación de bandejas o estaciones. 
  • Responder con prontitud y cortesía a dudas, quejas o solicitudes adicionales de los huéspedes. 
  • Cumplir con las políticas de higiene, seguridad y estándares de la marca. 
  • Colaborar de forma armónica y profesional con el resto del equipo y supervisores
