We are looking for a passionate Mixologist who strives for excellence in a fast-paced work environment. This position reports to our Assistant Director and Director of Food & Beverage.
What you will do
Plan, organize and control all aspects pertaining to Beverage purchases, sales and consumption at the resort.
What you bring
• College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience is required.
• One to two years previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager position in Food & Beverage.
• Expertise in advanced mixology techniques, including infusion, fat-washing, clarification, and molecular methods.
• Strong knowledge of global cocktail trends and ability to create innovative, seasonal beverage menus.
• Understanding of premium spirits, liqueurs, bitters, and non-alcoholic alternatives.
• Ability to design and execute beverage pairings for food menus.
• Skilled in guest engagement and storytelling around cocktails and ingredients.
• Proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Familiarity with bar technology and POS systems.
• Excellent communication and training skills for team development.

• ServSafe (within 3 months)
• Tuberculosis Clearance

Schedule & Hours
• Full time
• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
