ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Prepare all necessary items for the daily operation of the bars, including juices, syrups, garnishes, infusions, and cocktail batches, ensuring consistency and quality according to established standards. (30%)
• Monitor inventory levels of prepared items and raw materials, maintaining accurate records and communicating replenishment needs in a timely manner. (20%)
• Request and receive fruits, dry goods, spirits, and other ingredients required for preparations, verifying quality and quantity upon delivery. (15%) Distribute and restock prepared items to each bar outlet based on their specific operational needs. (15%)
• Maintain the prep area clean, organized, and in full compliance with Four Seasons hygiene and food safety standards. (10%)
• Work collaboratively with bartenders, barbacks, and supervisors to ensure smooth and coordinated bar operations across all stations. (10%)

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Cut and prepare fruits, herbs, and other ingredients for beverage garnishes. Assist bartenders with mise & place and setup during high-volume periods or special events.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Education: High school education or equivalent experience.

Experience:  No minimum prior experience required; strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management are highly valued.
