Bar Attendant – Grain Bar

As a Bar Attendant at Grain Bar, you’ll be part of a vibrant, high-energy team known for its craft cocktails, curated spirits, and genuine hospitality. Whether you’re mixing signature drinks, engaging guests with your product knowledge, or ensuring the bar is immaculate and inviting, your commitment to excellence will help create an unforgettable experience.
 

What You’ll Do:

• Provide exceptional, engaging service to all guests at the bar, ensuring each experience is warm, welcoming, and personalised
• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including classic cocktails, wine, and craft spirits, with precision and flair
• Share knowledge about the menu, ingredients, and bar offerings, enhancing the guest experience through storytelling and expertise
• Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the bar at all times
• Monitor stock levels and assist with bar preparation and closing duties
• Uphold all hygiene, health, and safety standards behind the bar
• Collaborate with the Grain Bar and Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless and efficient service
   

What You Will Bring:

• • Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment (cocktail experience preferred)
• A passion for mixology, premium service, and creating standout guest experiences
• Strong communication skills and a charismatic, engaging personality
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to being part of a team that takes pride in their craft
