Job Summary: Operating a company truck in a safe and efficient manner to deliver a variety of building materials, and at job sites load and unload materials.
Responsibilities we’ll trust you with:
Use a moffett to load and unload materials.
Always operate company vehicle and secure loads in a safe and efficient manner.
At job sites and FCBS yard, assist in loading and unloading a variety of building products.
Work with the dispatch team on routes that maximize efficiency.
Maintain accurate records.
Comply with all company policies as well as federal, state, and local laws.
Act as liaison for customer complaints, handling in an empathetic manner.
Completes all paperwork as required by DOT.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Your area of knowledge and expertise:
Preferred qualifications:
CDL Class A or B required.
High-school or GED
3-5 years of driving experience
Valid CDL license and insurance required.
Acceptable background check required.
Skills:
Ability to consult, comprehend and interpret maps.
Basic math and calculations
Ability to work with a team to meet customers’ needs.
Operates with a Safety-first mindset.
Takes pride in maintenance of vehicles and customer service.
Physical Requirements:
Frequent (Carrying/lifting requirement) - Must be able to lift 80+ pounds.
Frequent sitting, standing, and lifting.
Work Environment works in a variety of outside weather conditions.

What you'll do
- The driver will operate a company truck to deliver building materials and assist in loading and unloading at job sites. They will also work with the dispatch team to maximize route efficiency and handle customer complaints.
