Here, every shift is an opportunity to make a difference — bringing comfort, care, and connection to our residents who call Hearthside home.
Current Openings:
- 1 PT LPN - 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
- 1 PRN LPN - 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM)

1 PRN LPN – 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
Starting Pay: $30/hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation
-
Communicate with physicians and healthcare partners about resident care

Support residents with daily living needs (bathing, grooming, mobility, etc.)

Respond quickly and compassionately to resident emergencies

Help ensure a safe, healthy, and happy community
Who We’re Looking For

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing (Tennessee license)

CPR & First Aid certified
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Prior management or senior care experience preferred

A caring professional who leads with heart and integrity

What you'll do
- The Wellness Nurse/Charge Nurse/LPN will administer medications, maintain accurate documentation, and support residents with daily living needs. They will also communicate with healthcare partners and respond to resident emergencies.
