Windsor Manor – Webster City

Do you enjoy helping others and being part of a welcoming, team-focused environment? Windsor Manor in Webster City is seeking a Full-Time Server to join our dining team and help create positive, meaningful mealtime experiences for our residents.
This position is a great fit for someone dependable, friendly, and eager to learn. No prior experience is required — we provide training. Experience with dietary needs is a plus but not required.
💰 Pay: Starting at $14.50 per hour
🕒 Schedule: Full-Time | PM Shift
What You’ll Do

Serve meals to residents with kindness, patience, and professionalism

Assist with dining room set-up, service, and clean-up

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Communicate effectively with the kitchen and care teams

Support residents’ dietary needs as directed

Help maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment
