Are you a compassionate Registered Medication Aide (RMA) looking for a fulfilling career where you can truly make an impact? We’re searching for a dedicated team member to help manage our residents' medication administration and provide essential care.
Schedule:
Part time and Full Time - 2nd shift
PRN All Shifts
Pay: $19.48/hr. and higher based on experience!

What You’ll Do as an RMA
- Administer & document medications according to physician orders
- Ensure timely medication distribution and manage reorders
- Communicate with doctors & medical professionals about resident care
- Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, etc.)
- Respond to emergency call systems to ensure resident safety
- Who We’re Looking For!
✅ Registered Medication Aide (RMA) Certification – Required
✅ CNA or PCA/DCS Certification – Required
✅ CPR & First Aid Certifications (or ability to obtain)
✅ High School Diploma or Equivalent
✅ 18+ Years Old
