Spring Arbor of Fredericksburg is looking for caring and dedicated Registered Medication Aides (RMA) to join our Assisted Living team! You’ll play a key role in managing medication administration and supporting daily care services for our residents under the guidance of our Resident Care Director.
Open Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift 6:00AM- 2:00PM
- 3rd Shift 10:00PM-6:00AM

Your Responsibilities

Administer and document medication per physician’s orders and state regulations
-
Ensure timely medication administration and refills
-
Communicate with physicians and medical professionals regarding care plans

Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, etc.

Respond to resident emergency call systems

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED

Must be at least 18 years old

CNA or PCA Certification Required

Registered Medication Aide (RMA) Certification Required

Current CPR, First Aid, and Med Tech Certification (state-specific)

What you'll do
- The Registered Medication Aide will administer and document medication as per physician's orders and state regulations while assisting residents with daily care services. They will also communicate with medical professionals regarding care plans and respond to resident emergency calls.
