Spring Arbor Senior Living is seeking a Transportation Aide for its Assisted Living team. WHAT YOU WILL DO!
- Transport residents according to an established schedule
- Assist residents in & out of vehicle using wheelchair lift as needed.
- Accurately maintain required transportation records/logs
- Maintain vehicle as necessary (fill with gas, clean, notify Maintenance Director of problems or needed repairs)

- Collect, clean and distribute residents’ linens in a timely, organized manner to ensure that residents’ laundry and linen needs are met.
- Occasionally clean, dust, vacuum, empty trash and wash windows in the resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas in the community
- Ensure linens and resident clothing are handled, processed, and stored so as to control the spread of infection or disease.

- Valid driver's license with safe driving record
- At least 21 years of age
- Previous driving experience
- Patience and desire to work with seniors
- Dependable
- Pleasant, friendly, and helpful at all times ensuring proper and timely service
- Ability to learn tasks and follow written and oral instructions

What you'll do
- The Transportation Aide will transport residents according to an established schedule and assist them in and out of the vehicle as needed. Additionally, the aide will maintain transportation records and ensure the vehicle is kept in good condition.
