Are you a compassionate and dedicated caregiver looking to make a difference? Spring Arbor Senior Living of Salisbury in Midlothian, VA, is seeking a Resident Care Assistant to provide quality care and comfort to our senior residents.
Location: Spring Arbor Senior Living – Midlothian, VA
Full Time:
2nd shift- 3pm-11pm
Part Time:
1st Shift- 7am-3pm
2nd shift- 3pm-11pm
3rd shift 11pm-7am

What You’ll Do
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) – bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, mobility & incontinence care
- Prepare & assist residents with meals, snacks, & activities
- Respond promptly to resident emergency call system
- Observe, document, & report changes in residents’ condition
- Communicate with residents & families professionally & compassionately
- Maintain resident rooms, common areas, & assist with laundry as needed
- Answer phone calls in accordance with Spring Arbor procedures
Who We’re Looking For
- CNA, PCA, Certification – Required
- Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or service industry preferred
- CPR & First Aid Certification (or ability to obtain)
