Available Schedules (Part-Time)
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Every Other Weekend (EOW) + 1 weekday shift
Starting Pay
$19.00 per hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do
As a Med Tech, you’ll be a key part of our care team by:
• Safely administering medications and maintaining accurate documentation
• Supporting residents with daily living and personal care needs
• Observing and reporting changes in resident condition
• Building trusted relationships with residents and families
• Helping maintain a clean, safe, and positive community environment
Virginia State Requirements
Applicants must:
• Be 18 years or older
• Hold a current VA-approved Medication Aide/Med Tech certification
• Have CPR/First Aid (or obtain within 60 days)
• Pass a background check and TB screening
• Senior living or caregiving experience preferred, but not required

What you'll do
- As a Med Tech, you will safely administer medications and maintain accurate documentation while supporting residents with their daily living and personal care needs. You will also observe and report changes in resident conditions and help maintain a clean and positive community environment.
