Full-Time | Day Shift | Meaningful Work
Pay Range: $17.00 – $21.00 per hour (based on experience)
Do you take pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces that help people feel truly at home? The Shores of Lake Phalen is seeking a Full-Time Housekeeper to join our warm, resident-centered senior living community.
This role goes beyond cleaning. It’s about comfort, dignity, and helping our residents feel proud of the place they call home.
What You’ll Do
As a Housekeeper, you’ll help maintain a safe, clean, and inviting environment by:

Cleaning resident apartments, bathrooms, and common areas

Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces

Changing linens and assisting with laundry as needed

Restocking supplies and reporting maintenance concerns

Following safety, infection control, and cleaning protocols

Interacting kindly and respectfully with residents and teammates
