At Rosewood Village – Hollymead, our dining team is the heart of our residents’ daily experience. We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Part-Time Server who loves creating meaningful moments through great service and genuine connection.

Schedule:
Part-Time | Various shifts available
(Include weekends on a rotating basis)
Pay:
$15.00 – $18.00 per hour
(based on experience)
What You’ll Do
As a Server, you’ll play an important role in providing an exceptional dining experience:

Serve meals to residents with friendliness, patience, and professionalism

Ensure dining rooms are clean, organized, and inviting

Take orders and deliver meals promptly

Assist with meal prep, set-up, and clean-up

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Build positive rapport with residents and guests

Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly

Support special events, themed meals, and celebrations
What We’re Looking For

A warm, positive attitude and passion for helping others

Strong customer service and communication skills

Reliability and teamwork mindset

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs

Previous dining or hospitality experience is a plus (but not required!)

Enjoys a fast-paced environment and working closely with residents
