Schedule:
Full-Time | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 10:00PM - 6:00AM
Includes every other weekend (EOW) rotation

Your Role:
As a Resident Assistant, you’ll provide daily care and companionship, helping residents maintain dignity, comfort, and joy throughout their day.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with daily activities (bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting, etc.)

Support residents during meals, activities, and social interactions

Respond promptly to resident needs and emergency call systems

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment

Communicate clearly and compassionately with residents, families, and coworkers

Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and occasional transportation tasks
What We’re Looking For:

Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented individuals

At least one year of experience in assisted living or a related field preferred

High school diploma or equivalent required
-
18 years or older
-
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
-
Healthcare, hospitality, or service background a plus!
