font-size: 12pt;">Prospect and generate new business through networking, cold calling, referrals, and relationship-building within the California market.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Identify client needs by conducting thorough risk assessments and understanding each prospect’s unique exposures.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Recommend appropriate insurance solutions based on coverage requirements, carrier guidelines, and client goals.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients, clearly explaining coverage options, premiums, and value.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and needs analysis to closing the sale and onboarding the client.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage renewals, retention, and referral opportunities.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with Account Managers and internal teams to ensure smooth policy implementation and service delivery.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Stay current on carrier products, underwriting criteria, and market trends to provide clients with informed recommendations.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; C License OR Life &amp; Health License.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Valid CA Driver’s License.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to work on-site at least once per week, and travel to clients and prospects throughout Southern California.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proven track record of success in an insurance sales role, with strong prospecting skills and a demonstrated ability to close new business.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
