We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize our Salesforce environment.

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of business processes, and technical expertise in Salesforce administration and reporting tools.

Your Role

• You will administer and support Salesforce platforms, ensuring smooth operations and user access management.
• Configure and customize Salesforce to meet the organization's specific needs and requirements.
• You will develop and maintain reports to provide crucial business insights using various tools and technologies.
• You must configure and maintain connectors with Salesforce (AppExchange tools or specific interfaces).
• Collaborate with the project managers and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Testing and quality assurance are essential to ensure that software applications meet the required standards and functionalities.
• You will provide technical analysis and support for Salesforce-related tasks and projects.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience as Salesforce administrator.
• Salesforce certification is an asset.  
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work to meet deadlines efficiently.
• Experience in software testing and quality assurance processes and tools.
• Proficiency in requesting language and experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong interpersonal skills, given the diversity of stakeholders (our clients, our partners, our teams),
• Fluency in French and English essential.
