As a Manager in Training you will be a trusted advisor to our members, as well as a reliable leader in our organization.
Responsibilities
Daily responsibilities consist of:
- Learning different principles of management
- Understanding branch operations, member products and services, networking, and sales
- Accurately and efficiently assisting members with transactions
- Problem solving and member account maintenance
- Recommending credit union products and services
- Assisting the Branch Manager on a daily basis
- Compiling and maintaining branch statistics
- Performing loan interviewer duties
- Meeting individual monthly goals
- Addressing member and/or employee concerns

Qualifications
What we are looking for:
- College Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
- Preferred Degree in Business Related Field
- Prior Financial Institution Knowledge
- Demonstrated Leadership Skills
- Preferred Customer Service experience
- Strong Interpersonal and Networking Skills
- Preferred Sales Experience
