Apprentice – IT Project Management
About the team
We are seeking a savvy, motivated IT Project Management Apprentice to join our team. This will provide you with an unforgettable experience in a dynamic and global environment. We are looking for a passionate advocate to drive operational efficiency with strong analytics and who has excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. You must be an effective communicator, comfortable analysing data and financials, coordinating PMO activities, and passionate about metrics and a future in project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of IT Project management methodology
- Learn/understand the Fortrea IT PMO processes & procedures
- Monitor projects activities against the IT PMO processes/procedures, assisting IT PMs as the manage their projects
- Monitor IT Projects statuses in accordance with project plans, risks, status reporting
- Schedule and run team meetings, providing follow up to any action items
- When updates occur in the IT PMO processes & procedures administrate those changes, communication the changes, and if needed provide guidance
- Other activities as they are identified
Required Skillset
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently
- Comprehend IT PMO methodology/processes and procedures and technical documents such as Standard Operating Procedures documentation and conduct themselves in accordance with the training
- Logical with the ability to understand IT Project methodology
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Optional – Knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) tool
- Optional – Knowledge of Agile processes
Experience/Educational Qualifications
- 0 - 1 years of relevant experience
- Recent graduate in any IT-related degree (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent)
Work environment/Timings
- Able to work in 2nd Shift (2PM to 11PM IST)
- Remote/Work from Home

What you'll do
