About this role

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Manager / Technical Writer to lead cross-functional initiatives while creating clear, concise, and accurate documentation. This hybrid role combines program management expertise with technical writing skills to ensure successful project delivery and high-quality content that supports internal teams and external stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities

Program Management

  • Plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks.
  • Facilitate meetings, track action items, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Technical Writing

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, process workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content for diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and validate accuracy.
  • Ensure documentation complies with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
  • Manage version control and maintain documentation repositories.
 

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technical Communication, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: 
    • 5+ years in program/project management with proven success in delivering complex initiatives.
    • 3+ years of technical writing experience in a technology or compliance-driven environment.
  • Skills: 
    • Strong project management skills (PMP or similar certification preferred).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat).
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and risk management practices.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) or related domains.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, ISO, NIST).
  • Technical background in IT systems or cybersecurity.
