O que você fará?

  • Liderar a criação e execução da estratégia de marketing integrada para produtos e serviços no Brasil.
  • Planejar e implementar campanhas locais, utilizando canais digitais e tradicionais.
  • Desenvolver e gerenciar planos de canal, incluindo planejamento cooperativo, treinamentos de vendas e análises trimestrais.
  • Gerenciar o orçamento de marketing e monitorar KPIs para garantir o alcance das metas.
  • Trabalhar em parceria com a liderança de vendas para alinhar objetivos e implementar melhores práticas.
  • Estabelecer prioridades estratégicas e acompanhar entregas para atingir resultados.
  • Analisar informações de mercado e concorrência para otimizar o portfólio de produtos e aumentar a lucratividade.
  • Apoiar o Gerente Geral em planos estratégicos e colaborar com líderes regionais e globais.
  • Identificar oportunidades de crescimento e ajudar a priorizar plataformas.
  • Construir relacionamentos com organizações externas para incorporar melhores práticas.
  • Participar de reuniões, networking e pesquisas para trazer insights relevantes.
  • Liderar processos de gestão e desenvolvimento de talentos na equipe, promovendo engajamento e crescimento.

O que você traz?

Obrigatório:
  • Experiência sólida em liderança de marketing, incluindo estratégias integradas (digital e tradicional).
  • Capacidade para gerenciar orçamentos e medir desempenho de programas.
  • Forte habilidade de liderança e colaboração com equipes multifuncionais.
  • Pensamento estratégico e capacidade de priorizar iniciativas.
  • Comunicação clara e eficaz, escrita e verbal.
  • Inglês avançado para interação com equipes globais.
Desejável:
  • Experiência em marketing de canal e programas de parceiros.
  • Conhecimento em análise de mercado e otimização de portfólio.
