通过为期两年的高效培训和实践，培养优秀应届毕业生成为公司销售骨干，共同为中国医疗健康事业做出卓越贡献。

·      阶段一：通过入职培训了解公司战略、企业文化和关键流程；

·      阶段二：通过专业知识培训，帮助培训生迅速熟悉业务领域，掌握专业知识；

·      阶段三：给予培训生持续性的线上线下相结合的培训，与现场实践想结合，不断提升职场综合能力；

校招日历：

-   即日起 – 11月下旬：简历投递+意向沟通
