About this role
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment, preferably including injection molding or automated assembly. Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics and use standard diagnostic tools. Familiarity with pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanical systems, and basic electrical systems. Ability to use CMMS software and basic computer applications. Strong problem solving and root cause analysis abilities. Clear communication skills to work effectively with operators, engineers, and vendors. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast moving production environment. Commitment to safety practices and following established procedures. Willingness to learn and adapt to new equipment and processes. This is a safety sensitive position. We conduct preemployment drug tests after a conditional offer letter is extended, including testing for THC.
