What You’ll Do?

As Fulfillment Operations Manager – Brazil, you will:
  • Lead daily operations for the Brazil Service Center, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost targets are consistently met.
  • Drive operational excellence through Fortive Business System (FBS) principles, lean manufacturing initiatives, and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 17025 standards, Brazilian labor regulations (Ministério do Trabalho), and international requirements for product assembly and material handling.
  • Champion quality and efficiency by implementing standardized processes, 5S, and total productive maintenance; monitor metrics such as First Pass Yield and prioritize improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and empower your team, fostering leadership growth and building a highly skilled workforce aligned with business goals.
  • Manage performance processes, including time and attendance, and ensure timely, effective employee engagement.
  • Oversee facility maintenance and installation, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to safety standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support internal and external customer requirements and deliver exceptional service—every transaction, every time.

What You Bring?

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or Logistics.
  • 5+  years of supervisory experience in manufacturing operations or technical roles with proven success in operational change management.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving positive change through collaboration and teamwork.
  • Solid understanding of business financials, forecasting, and cost containment strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP systems (Oracle eBS, Salesforce, Inet).
  • Deep knowledge of Lean tools and their practical application.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
  • Legal authorization to live and work in Brazil.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Industrial Scientific products and services.
  • Experience with Brazilian exportation processes.
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify non-conformities.
