About this role
Como Engenheiro de Serviços de Campo Jr, você será peça-chave para garantir o funcionamento ideal dos equipamentos, oferecendo suporte técnico de alta qualidade e fortalecendo a experiência do cliente. Suas principais responsabilidades incluem: Instalar, realocar, requalificar e realizar manutenção preventiva e corretiva em equipamentos. Diagnosticar falhas técnicas e propor soluções eficazes. Prestar suporte remoto quando necessário. Interagir com clientes para entender necessidades e explicar serviços realizados. Gerenciar estoque de peças e infraestrutura fornecida (computador, celular, carro, ferramentas). Documentar atividades com precisão no sistema de ordens de serviço. Participar de treinamentos técnicos contínuos promovidos pela empresa ou fabricantes. Reportar oportunidades de melhoria ou riscos ao gestor imediato. Cumprir normas de segurança, utilizar EPIs e participar de ações de saúde ocupacional. Formação técnica ou superior em Engenharia Elétrica, Eletrônica, Mecatrônica ou áreas correlatas. Experiência mínima de 2 anos em funções similares. Boa comunicação verbal e escrita. Capacidade de análise, interpretação e resolução de problemas. Senso de urgência e foco em resultados. Inglês em nível intermediário. Comprometimento com segurança e boas práticas de trabalho.
