Manual & automated invoice processing for the assigned entities. Timely and accurate batch & manual payments to suppliers and employees. Reconciliations for AP-related accounts. Continuous improvement on DPO/IC processes. Monitoring and improving the Purchase to Pay process. Intermediate (MBO) level education in Bookkeeping/Accounting or equivalent in experience. Two to four years working experience in a similar Finance function. Experience with self-sufficiently maintaining your workload. Proficient in English both written and spoken. Knowledge of Excel and experience with ERP systems. Great teammate, someone who is upbeat, responsible, and persistent. Customer-orientated. Flexible, innovative, and enthusiastic attitude. Strong communication skills. Ability to analyze and interpret information.
