Job Description:

The manufacturing engineer is responsible for manufacturing of advanced probe cards. This is not only assembly and test but also need designing and optimizing the electrical architecture.

This role involves high-speed signal integrity analysis, PCB design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet customer specifications and performance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop electrical circuits and layouts for probe cards, ensuring compliance with high-frequency and low-noise requirements.
  • Select electrical components such as PCBs, connectors, and interconnects for optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with mechanical and process engineers to integrate electrical design with overall probe card architecture.
  • Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and customer-facing materials.
  • Support customer inquiries and provide technical guidance during design reviews.
  • Drive continuous improvement in design methodologies and processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Well knowledge of high-speed circuit design, SI/PI analysis, and impedance control.
  • Proficiency in PCB design tools (e.g., Cadence Allegro, Mentor Graphics, Altium).
  • Familiarity with semiconductor test processes and probe card technology is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills in English; ability to work in a global team environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with RF design and GHz-level signal analysis.
  • Knowledge of automated test equipment (ATE) and wafer-level testing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work | Required
