Guidewire Digital Technical Lead - Onsite - Pan-India

<p>Summary</p> <p>FormativGroup is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead with 7–10 years of experience to lead Guidewire Portal and EDGE implementation projects, combining strong front-end skills (ReactJS/AngularJS) with deep insurance domain knowledge.&nbsp;</p> <p>This role involves team leadership, client interaction, and delivery ownership across global engagements.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Your client responsibilities you will:&nbsp; (1^st&nbsp;part of duties)</p> <ul> <li>Need to work as a team leader (technical leader) to contribute to various technical streams of the Guidewire implementation project.</li> <li>Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators</li> <li>Planning and monitoring of the project&nbsp;deliverables&nbsp;by the team.</li> <li>Mentor the project team in executing the identified projects</li> <li>Regular status reporting to the Manager and onsite coordinators</li> <li>Interface with the customer representatives as and when needed</li> <li>Willing to travel to the customers' locations on a as needed basis</li> <li>Should be able to handle demanding clients and handle the deliveries&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>Your people responsibilities as a team leader, you will:&nbsp;(2^nd&nbsp;part of duties)</p> <ul> <li>Building a quality culture</li> <li>Manage the performance management for the direct reporters, as per the organization's policies</li> <li>Foster teamwork and lead by example</li> <li>Training and mentoring of project resources</li> <li>Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li><strong>You will need to have:(GW Portal and EDGE Competencies, AngularJS, ReactJS</strong></li> <li>Experience in Guidewire, PolicyCenter Configuration/ Integration/Conversion heavily preferred</li> <li>Experience in Guidewire Portals.</li> <li>Experience in the Insurance domain, preferably in Property &amp; Casualty.</li> <li>REST API, ReactJS/AngularJS, Core Java</li> <li>Gosu &amp; Insurance sector domain experience</li> <li>Git repository, Guidewire Certified is an added advantage, Template Design Pattern.&nbsp;</li> <li>Java 8+, JSON, REST API, ReactJS/AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML.&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong knowledge and experience in Tomcat and or Websphere/Weblogic</li> <li>Real-time knowledge and experience on enterprise system integration, preferably from an Insurance domain background.</li> <li>Experience in software development best practices.</li> <li>Excellent business communication skills and client-facing.</li> <li>Excellent leadership skills.</li> <li>BE/BTech/MCA with a sound industry experience of 7 to 10 Yrs</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Location:<strong> </strong>Onsite – Multiple Locations - PAN India -&nbsp;Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Pune, Kerala, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Noida, Gurgaon, Indore, Patna, Bhubaneswar</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-contrast="none">FormativGroup&nbsp;operates within the critical middle layer of business technology, where applications and systems connect infrastructure to business processes.
