About this role
<p>Summary<br>FormativGroup is adding an experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Configuration professional to lead technical streams and deliver enterprise insurance integrations across PAN India. This full-time, onsite role involves mentoring project teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving high-quality Guidewire implementations.</p>

<p>Responsibilities</p>
<ul>
<li>Lead technical streams and contribute to solution design and delivery.</li>
<li>Mentor, manage, and guide project teams to execute assigned tasks successfully.</li>
<li>Interface and communicate effectively with onsite coordinators, customer representatives, and other stakeholders.</li>
<li>Plan, monitor, and track project deliverables to ensure successful execution.</li>
<li>Build and foster a quality culture within the project team.</li>
<li>Provide training and mentorship to project resources.</li>
<li>Participate in organization-wide people initiatives to support team development and engagement.</li>
<li>Travel to customer locations as required for project execution.</li>

<p>Qualifications</p>
<ul>
<li>Demonstrable knowledge and hands-on experience with Guidewire On-Prem Integration Patterns (Messaging, SOAP/REST Services, File Imports/Exports, Batch Processing)</li>
<li>Experience with Guidewire Cloud environment configuration (Console, S3 Buckets, Secrets, Helios)</li>
<li>Experience in enterprise integrations with insurance applications</li>
<li>Java 5+, JEE, XML, Web Services (Axis2), SQL, ANT</li>
<li>Strong in PL/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, and any enterprise messaging system</li>
<li>Experience with Tomcat, WebSphere, or WebLogic application servers</li>
<li>Real-time knowledge and experience in enterprise system integration, preferably within Property & Casualty Insurance</li>
<li>Solid understanding of software development best practices and design patterns</li>
<li>Excellent business communication and leadership skills</li>
<li>Prior client-facing experience</li>
<li>Strong technical leadership, project execution, and mentoring skills</li>
<li>BE/BTech/MCA with a sound industry experience of 3 to 7 years.</li>
</ul>

<p>Preferred Skills</p>
<ul>
<li>Prior experience with Guidewire implementations and upgrades</li>
<li>Additional hands-on experience using Guidewire Cloud tools in large-scale projects</li>
<li>Familiarity with insurance domain practices beyond Property & Casualty</li>
</ul>
