Forward Deployed Engineer

About this role
We’re hiring for a Forward Deployed Engineer (JD + info here).
You will be inside large companies building relationships (should enjoy talking to people and making magic happen), managing the operational rollouts (need to be organized and operationally excellent), and will most importantly be working in the Forge product to build software that automates the most complex processes in the world.
You should have a technical background with real-world programming experience. Building in Forge entails using our new “AI programming language” that lets you mix structured programming control flow with unstructured English instructions.
It is a high agency role where you call the shots.
Parts of the role:
Conduct extensive process mining with customers, breaking down complex ambiguous processes into precise, actionable steps
Leverage your programming ability to build robust automations using our AI-English-based programming language
Architect and implement solutions that can scale and work reliably
Work directly with customers to iterate on implementations and drive adoption
Scale deployments from initial pilot to full production volume
Define and document best practices that will shape how we deploy to future customers
