About the Role
FOREVER is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to lead the development and success of key product verticals within our rapidly growing company. Reporting to our Vice President of Product and working closely with our CEO, this role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on leader with an MBA who’s ready to take the next step in their career. As a “mini-CEO” of your product, you will take full ownership of its vision, strategy, and performance, driving margins, sales, growth, and the roadmap for your product. Key Responsibilities
Define and Own a Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for your assigned product aligned with the company’s goals, ensuring the product delivers value to customers and drives business growth.
Drive Product Roadmap Development: Work with the Vice President of Product to create and maintain a prioritized product roadmap, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term innovation, based on market needs, customer feedback, and business objectives.
Oversee End-to-End Product Lifecycle: Manage the product from ideation through development, launch, and iteration, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements.
Accountability for Financial Performance: Monitor and optimize product margins, sales numbers, and revenue growth, collaborating with finance and sales teams to achieve profitability targets.
Conduct Market and Competitive Analysis: Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and client care teams to align product development with business goals and customer expectations.
Gather and Prioritize Customer Insights: Collect and analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market research to inform product decisions and ensure customer-centric solutions.
Define and Track Key Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor KPIs (e.g., revenue, adoption rates, customer retention, and margin performance) to measure product success and guide iterative improvements.
Manage Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for product-related updates, presenting progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
Mitigate Risks and Solve Problems: Identify potential risks to product success (e.g., technical, market, or operational) and proactively implement solutions to address them.
Foster Innovation and Growth: Identify opportunities for new features, product extensions, or adjacent markets to drive growth and maintain a competitive edge.
Mentor and Influence Teams: Act as a leader within the organization, inspiring cross-functional teams and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management or other relevant field required; MBA preferred.
5+ years of hands-on experience in product management or consulting, preferably in a B2C or consumer tech environment with a proven track record of driving product success.
Proficient in the use of key analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or equivalent) to derive insights and inform decision-making.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies and product improvements.
Excellent project management skills, with the demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within scope.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and articulate product vision clearly.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and mission-driven environment with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
