Drive Commercial Strategy: Define the product roadmap for multiple quarters and beyond, ensuring a seamless integration of FinSimple commercial lending with Ford Pro's software and services suite. Political Capital & Organizational Influence: Build and leverage strong relationships across a complex matrix of 6+ internal organizations (including Ford Pro, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Operations, business stakeholders and Risk) to align conflicting priorities and secure buy-in for shared goals. Cultivate Talent: Build and mentor a high-performing team through active coaching, succession planning, and a culture of collaborative innovation focused on the unique needs of business customers. Bachelor's degree or combination of experience and education 6+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing both individual contributors and leaders Experience engaging at an executive level internally with cross-functional groups Experience working in a matrixed team structure and influencing across product areas Proven leader in Commercial/B2B product management, specifically within the Ford Pro FinSimple or similar commercial fleet ecosystem. Specific experience delivering consolidated billing ecosystems, complex commercial leasing products, or large-scale digital platform consolidations. Extensive experience implementing and scaling AI solutions that enhance customer and agent experiences. Demonstrated ability to influence without authority across multiple disparate business units (e.g., Sales, IT, Finance, Operations). Holds a Master's, MBA, PhD, or equivalent experience.
