In this position...
We are looking to employ a detail-oriented professional to create, modify, and manage production schedules. The production control analyst's responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, regularly providing production status updates to management, and facilitating the timely delivery of products to customers. You should also be able to closely monitor the production process to ensure that production orders are completed on time and within budget. To be successful as a PCA, you should be knowledgeable of material requirements planning and able to manage production deadlines. Ultimately, an exceptional PCA should demonstrate excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure that production operations run smoothly.
What you will do ...
You'll have...
· High School Diploma or GED
· Former CMMS and production control experience required
· Former experience in scheduling, distribution, supply chain, inventory planning, bill of material, change control, new model launch, logistics, and/or FCSD
· Strong ability to interface with plant hourly, salaried personnel, plant management, logistic carriers, and production suppliers
· Strong analytical skills and quick decision making capability
· Need to work well under pressure and to be able to work under crisis management when necessary
· Proficient in computer applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
