About this role

To be successful in this role, you will be insatiably curious about people, motivated by what's possible, and confident in leading through ambiguity. Lead experience design project teams using design thinking methods to create vehicle experience concepts that solve for explicit and latent user needs while ensuring business success Ensure the human is at the center of all decisions by representing the user's voice on project teams, acting as an interpreter of their values, needs and motivations Connect user insights to opportunities and solutions through design principles, journey maps, use case scenarios, jobs-to-be-done, and other strategy and design methods Clearly and persuasively communicate design recommendations to leaders and diverse stakeholders to create excitement and demonstrate the “why” behind the experiences Bring concepts to life by collaborating with partner teams to complete key deliverables for product development process milestones Established and active employee resource groups Bachelor's in Industrial Design, Human Factors, Research, Anthropology, or related field 7+ years of relevant work experience in the design, development and launch of B2B or B2C facing physical products through human-centered design methods Master's in Industrial Design, Human Factors, Research, Anthropology, or related field 2+ years' experience leading project teams
