Ensure Studio deliverables are on track; working with cross functional teams to develop and execute recovery plans as required Facilitate weekly Appearance Decision forum, Color and Materials PAT and Feas meetings with the cross functional team Track Studio status and report out in weekly PST Interface daily with other Engineers, Studio Personnel, Suppliers and Management to ensure critical decisions are made efficiently and communicated clearly Occasional travel may be required to support vehicle development trips and supplier reviews Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Science or related degree; or combination of experience and education. 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Studio, Product Planning, PMT and/or D&R Extensive program management experience with GPDS, including thorough understanding of milestone deliverables and working knowledge of process sheets A passion for performance vehicles, have a can-do/results-driven attitude, and be able to maintain positive/productive working relationships across multiple corporate cultures High degree of self-motivation and willingness to commit extra effort to "get the job done" Excellent oral and written communication skills Candidate must be comfortable in speaking and working with Chief / Director level management Strong leadership skills with ability to drive a team to resolution with work plans and accountability Master's degree in engineering or business administration, or related degree, or a combination of education and experience.
