Come join the fast-paced RWD Hybrid and 10R RWD Transmission Team! We are responsible for providing exciting customer experience vehicles like the Mustang, Bronco, Raptor, F-series, and Superduty product lines! The 10R Transmission Team is looking for engineers to help design, validate and launch the future of Rear Wheel Drive, 4x4 and Rear Wheel Hybrid Propulsion Systems.
PD Engineer specializing in current model quality & warranty, structured root cause analysis, LTIS warranty response, ICA/PCA implementation, and P65 Unit Program testing & implementation. Need to be a motivated self-starter with a love of structured root cause problem solving. The role requires daily collaboration between systems, component, quality, and manufacturing engineers.
