Ford Racing Production Vehicles Program Management Manager: Responsible for leading the Program Execution of specific Ford Racing vehicles. The scope of program execution is from product inception based on enthusiast customer desires to product launch at the production facility.
Specific Program Management Manager functions; working closely with a large cross-functional team through out Ford and into the supply base to deliver the program content, theme appearance, supply base selection, financial targets and timing plan to win with enthusiast customer and increase Ford Racing business profits.

Ford Racing Production Vehicles Program Management Manager: Responsible for leading the Program Execution of specific Ford Racing vehicles. The scope of program execution is from product inception based on enthusiast customer desires to product launch at the production facility.
Specific Program Management lead functional responsibility:
- Lead the Program Control through definition of the “now” and “near” tasks the overall cross-functional program team needs to accomplish to meet program timing.
- Lead the completion with the respective Chief Program Engineer of Milestone Papers: Key: TPS / MR / TSC / PS / PSC / Check point C / PA
- Sourcing for New Tooled End Items and the assurance of production tooling kick-offs.
- Timely completion of the Studio appearance process to delivering the approved theme while support program milestone & downstream launch standards for industrialization.
- Establishing and tracking the program financial metrics on contribution cost, headcount allocation, material cost of prototype and investment in tooling and facilities.
- Product marketing interface to define product through the progression of the program.
- Lead Special Project in Ford Racing Production Vehicle to enhance Ford Racing Brand or profits.
