The Human-Centered Design (HCD) team empowers and improves the lives of people through thoughtful, empathetic, and innovative vehicle design solutions. We are looking for a Lead Experience Designer to bring these Ford product experiences to life.

As a Lead Experience Designer in HCD, you will guide project teams to crafts meaningful and connected user experiences for a specific area of focus. To do this, you will translate insights about trends and user needs into physical touchpoints using methods such as design principles, customer journeys, service blueprints, and road maps. You will team with business partners and other design teams to iterate concepts through cycles of learning, imagining, and building.
