<p><strong>Description</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>We are looking for an <strong>In Store Merchandiser</strong> to join one of our exciting NEW stores opening in Spring 2026 in <strong>Merthyr Tydfil </strong>at<strong> Cyfarthfa Shopping Park.</strong></p><p><strong>Please note: </strong><em>this is a brand new store. We're excited to be opening in a new location.&nbsp;Until the store opens, you will be based in another nearby store to undergo your training.</em></p><p>This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves the visual element of fashion and is looking to grow their career.&nbsp;<em>If you care about style, love working in a team, and want to be part of our growing brand, we’ve got the job for you.</em></p><p>As a <strong>Visual Merchandiser</strong>, you’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life in-store. Reporting to the <strong>Area Visual Manager and the&nbsp;Store Manager</strong>, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that every visual element reflects our identity and enhances the customer experience.<strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Visual Execution &amp; Standards</strong></p><ul><li><p>Implement visual merchandising guidelines across all departments, ensuring consistency and creativity.</p></li><li><p>Maintain high standards of presentation, ensuring displays are clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing.</p></li><li><p>Regularly refresh window and in-store displays to reflect current trends, promotions, and product launches.</p></li></ul></li><li><p><strong>Commercial Awareness</strong></p><ul><li><p>Analyse store layout and customer flow to optimise product placement and drive sales.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify key commercial opportunities and adapt visual strategies accordingly.</p></li><li><p>Monitor competitor activity and market trends to keep our visual approach fresh and relevant.</p></li></ul></li><li><p><strong>Team Development &amp; Collaboration</strong></p><ul><li><p>Identify visual skill levels within the store team and deliver hands-on training to build confidence and capability.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with sales associates to ensure visual standards are maintained throughout the day.</p></li><li><p>Foster a collaborative environment where creativity and feedback are encouraged.</p></li></ul></li><li><p><strong>Operational Support</strong></p><ul><li><p>Support the Store Manager in driving a service-first mentality and ensuring compliance with company policies.</p></li><li><p>Assist with stock management, floor moves, and promotional setups.</p></li><li><p>Ensure all visual merchandising complies with health and safety standards.</p></li></ul></li></ul><p><strong>The successful In Store Visual Merchandiser will have;&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li><p>A passion for fashion, design, and retail.</p></li><li><p>Strong eye for detail and a flair for creativity.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and teamwork skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.</p></li></ul><p>We invest in our training and development and this role will be no different.
