<p>We are hiring <strong>Full-Time Sales Assistants</strong>&nbsp;to join one of our exciting stores based at the Metrocentre<strong>.</strong></p><p><em>Please note: this is a full-time job, working 37.5 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be fully flexible Monday - Sunday.&nbsp;</em></p><p><strong>The Role:</strong></p><p>As a&nbsp;Sales Assistant, you are the heartbeat of our business. A Sales Assistant lives and breathes our products. We’re seeking passionate team members who are enthusiastic about showcasing our diverse products and going above and beyond for all of our customers.&nbsp;Your number one objective as a Sales Assistant&nbsp;is to help provide the best shopping experience for our guests. We want to offer the best experience on the high street!</p><p>You’ll <strong>DEFY ORDINARY</strong> by asking insightful questions to understand each customer’s needs and showcase our products with style, piecing together sets, accessories and product add-ons. As a Sales Assistant, you will be involved in creating a first-class shopping experience for our customer through your exceptional service, attitude and behaviours.</p><p>From day one you will receive in-depth training on our products, their specifications including fabric and weather durability, plus product care and best matched product companions, making you a well-rounded FOOTASYLUM <strong><em>Sales Ambassador. </em></strong><br></p><p><strong>About you:</strong></p><p>Don’t worry too much about previous experience. We are looking for outgoing people with a friendly, outgoing, organised and can-do attitude. You will be positive and approachable. You must not be shy and will be able to&nbsp;approach customers with ease to spark up enthusiastic conversations. <br><br><strong> Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.</p></li><li><p>Make our customers feel like VIPs with your service, ensuring they leave with smiles and a great impression of your shop.</p></li><li><p>Become a PRO on all our products, helping customers make perfect choices that suit their needs and preferences.</p></li><li><p>Provide expert product knowledge and advice to customers.</p></li><li><p>Team up with your colleagues to hit store targets, keeping the shop floor fun and delivering excellent service together as a team.</p></li><li><p>Keep our store sparkling clean and inviting, maintaining an organised and visually appealing store environment.</p></li><li><p>Dive into training sessions with excitement, soaking up knowledge to grow both personally and professionally.</p></li><li><p>Stay up to date with current trends and product knowledge to effectively assist customers.</p></li><li><p>Handle transactions with a smile, and make sure every purchase is the perfect way to end a shopping experience.</p></li></ul><p>As a Sales Assistant working on our shop floor, you will be the go-to for customer questions; resolving issues and making sure our customers are genuinely cared for.</p><p><strong>Diversity:</strong></p><p>We recognise and value the importance of diversity to help make sure we have lots of different perspectives when we are providing services to our colleagues and customers.
