The Student Success Coach for Critical and Gateway Courses will provide individualized academic support, coaching, and mentoring to undergraduate students enrolled in foundational, high-impact, or challenging courses that are essential for progression in their academic programs. This position is dedicated to enhancing student retention, persistence, and graduation rates by focusing on students in courses identified as critical for academic success or as Gateway requirements for degree advancement. The Student Success Coach collaborates closely with faculty, staff, and campus partners, and operates under the supervision of the Director of Student Success. #CB
