The Title III Project Director is a full-time, grant-funded leadership role responsible for the overall management, implementation, and evaluation of Project FRANCIS (Faithfully Retaining, Advancing, Nurturing, and Cultivating Indispensable Students) at FranU. The Project Director ensures compliance with federal regulations, oversees project personnel, manages budgets, coordinates activities across departments, and drives the achievement of grant objectives to improve student retention, success, and graduation rates in pre-clinical and clinical healthcare programs. This position reports directly to the Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs & Provost and supervises the Director of Student Success. #CB
